We all lean toward one of those 3 as the most important to us.. Me? I’m a location kind of person. I am willing to sacrifice a few features, i.e. space and modern amenities to live in the heart of Intown.  You?  Maybe living without quartz countertops, and a large yard is unthinkable.  Maybe you prefer new construction over historic. Maybe you can have it all! Either way, my joy is helping to narrow it down and find that feel good fit!

There are a lot of details from the time you find your home, get it under contract, close and finally move in. In my 24 years as an Associate Broker, I have successfully negotiated 100s of agreements worth millions of dollars and I am quite adept in finding the sweet spot. From the due diligence  to the housewarming party I am with you every step of the way, making sure you are protected, while me and my team stay on top of the contract stipulations. Closing is not the end.  ANYTIME you need any help or advise in reference to your home, whether it be upgrades, repairs or any challenge that comes up, I am a phone call away and ready to help.  I want to be your Realtor for life!
